Who are our Users?
The LTI platform serves three key user groups: employees seeking clarity on their awards, HR administrators managing accurate distributions, and executives extracting data for approvals and strategy. Our design ensures transparency, efficiency, and seamless reporting for all stakeholders.

I led a SWOT analysis to evaluate HRSoft’s competitive position in the market
Who are our Users?
Through user interviews with HR leaders,
I identified the following key pain points:

Needed automation to prevent errors in grant allocations.

Prioritizing User Stories & Flows
I worked closely with the product owner, to define key user stories, ensuring that the platform addressed:

HR professionals could assign LTI grants based on performance metrics and role.
Vesting Schedules
Automated timelines based on company-defined rules.
Employee View
A transparent interface to track vested/unvested shares.
Compliance & Auditing
Built-in reporting tools to ensure accurate record-keeping and system data extracts.
Wireframing, Prototyping & Story Writing
I created wireframes and interactive prototypes so that the team could see how:
The LTI grant allocation flow, allowing HR professionals to set up multi-year schedules.
Employee-facing interfaces, making LTI packages easy to understand.
Vesting tracking dashboards, showing real-time updates on budgets and analysis.
In parallel, I helped our story writing process with use cases, and micro animations emphasizing good team communication and ensuring that the LTI workflow was clearly defined in product documentation.
UI Design & Testing Focus
I conducted usability testing with HR professionals and finance teams, refining workflows based on their feedback.

Clear graphs and tables to display grant values, vesting percentages, and payout schedules.
